Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed graham crackers
3 sticks oleo
2 c. powdered sugar
2 egg whites
5 bananas
1 1/2 cans crushed pineapple
1 large Cool Whip
cherries
nuts
Preparation

Melt 1 stick oleo and mix with graham cracker crumbs.
Press into 9 x 10-inch pan until firm.
Melt 2 sticks oleo, add powdered sugar and mix well.
Add egg whites and beat 15 minutes or more on high speed.
Spread over crust.
Slice bananas on top, then cover with pineapple (drained).
Spread with Cool Whip.
Top with cherries and nuts.
Chill.
