Quick Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour (1 tsp. cinnamon can be put in flour)
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 stick butter
1 can fruit pie filling (any flavor)
Preparation

Melt butter in angel food pan.
Mix first 5 ingredients and pour over melted butter, but do not mix with butter.
Heat fruit to boiling and pour on top of batter.
Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0. This can be doubled for a large family.
