Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    8 slices crisply crumbled cooked bacon
    dash of pepper
    9-inch frozen pie crust
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut cheese into thin strips and toss with flour.
    In large bowl, beat eggs slightly.
    Add half and half, onion, bacon, pepper and cheese; mix well.
    Pour into pastry lined pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes before serving.
