Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. finely grated raw carrots
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Mix together oil and sugar.
Add half the sifted dry ingredients and mix well. Beat in carrots, pineapple, vanilla and nuts.
Add remaining sifted dry ingredients and beat until well blended.
