Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    dash of salt
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    To 2/3 cup sifted flour (Robin Hood or Gold Medal), add a dash of salt.
    Add salad oil with water in the oil.
    Add to dry ingredients all at once.
    Mix with a fork.
    Shape into 2 balls of dough with your hands.
    Roll between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Makes 2 (9-inch) pie crusts.
