Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Gradually add milk and blend well.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Blend 1/2 cup of hot mixture into egg yolks and add to hot mixture in saucepan.
    Cook one minute, stirring constantly. Blend in butter, vanilla and coconut.
    Cover and cool to lukewarm, stirring occasionally.
    Pour into baked pastry shell. Top with meringue.
