Ingredients

1 c. peanut butter
6 Tbsp. margarine, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream peanut butter and margarine in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat until creamy.
Stir in flour, salt and 1 cup chocolate chips.
Spread in ungreased 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until edges begin to brown.
Top with remaining 1 cup chocolate chips. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Spread melted chocolate over top.
Cool completely.
Cut into bars.
Yields 18 servings.
