Ingredients

1/4 c. rice
1 qt. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 handful raisins (optional)
Preparation

Add all ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours or until tender.
Stir occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
