Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. flavoring
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. shredded zucchini (water squeezed out)
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil
    and
    flavoring
    until
    thick
    and creamy.
    Stir in drained
    zucchini
    and
    all other ingredients. If desired, add 1/3 cup sesame seed or 1 cup walnuts or pecans. Divide into 2 greased and floured
    loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Turn out on rack.
