Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. oats
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Add hot water and oats; let stand until cool.
Cream sugars and Crisco; add eggs, then dry ingredients.
Add oats.
Bake in baking loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or in glass dish at 325\u00b0.
