Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked zucchini
    1 1/2 tsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. Milnot
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    pinch of salt
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Blend all together; pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes more.
