S'More Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. Marshmallow Creme
    5 Hershey milk chocolate bars
    1/2 tsp. shortening (not butter or margarine)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9-inch square pan.
    In medium bowl, beat butter and sugar until blended.
    Add egg; beat until light and fluffy.
    Stir in flour, graham cracker crumbs and baking powder; beat until well blended.
    Press half of dough in pan; spread with Marshmallow Creme.
    Arrange 4 1/2 chocolate bars over dough.
    Carefully press remaining flour mixture over chocolate bars, covering completely.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.
    Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
    In small microwave-safe bowl, place remaining 1/2 chocolate bar that is broken in pieces and shortening.
    Microwave at High power for 15 to 30 seconds or just until chocolate is melted when stirred. Drizzle over top and cut into bars.
