Too Easy Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole chicken breasts, split (you can use dark meat also)
    salt and pepper
    1 bottle Russian dressing with honey
    1 (6 or 8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place chicken in 13 x 9-inch pan and salt and pepper.
    Mix all the ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
