Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. pumpkin (3 oz. can)
    4 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Mix other ingredients.
    (Stir until smooth and add all ingredients.)
    Then add nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
