Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unbleached flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. Canola oil
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
    Add liquids and mix well. Gently fold in blueberries.
    Makes 18 muffins.
    Bake 16 minutes at 400\u00b0.
