One Dish Mexican Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 corn tortillas
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Place 6 tortillas in bottom of long pan.
Brown meat and add salt and chili powder.
Drain.
Spread over tortillas.
Spread beans over meat.
Slice cheese thin and spread over beans.
Cover with 6 tortillas.
Blend soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes well.
Pour over tortillas.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
