Japanese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Melt butter; add sugar, eggs, coconut and raisins.
    Mix well, then add vanilla and vinegar.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
