Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
3 well-beaten eggs
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz are good)
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
2 boxes thawed, drained chopped broccoli, uncooked
Preparation

Saute onion in 3 tablespoons butter until tender.
Stir in flour.
Add water.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Add Cheez Whiz.
Add to broccoli.
Then add eggs.
Mix gently until well blended.
Turn into buttered casserole dish.
Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with remaining butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
