Butter-Pecan Turtle Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    For crust, in electric mixer, mix the first 3 ingredients at medium speed for 2 or 3 minutes.
    Pat firmly in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle chopped pecans over unbaked crust.
