Shredded Cabbage Toss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crisp shredded cabbage
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 medium onion, sliced
1 green pepper
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Combine prepared vegetables.
Combine remaining ingredients. Stir to dissolve sugar.
Pour dressing over vegetables.
Toss lightly. Garnish with green pepper rings.
Serves 4.
