Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 1/2 c. white raisins
    1 stick pie crust mix, cut up
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla; stir until mixed. Add coconut and raisins.
    Add pie crust; mix.
    Pour into 9-inch buttered pie pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
