Crock-Pot Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean meat, cubed
    1 large can V-8 juice
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 1/2 large pkg. frozen vegetables (for soup)
    1/4 c. regular rice
    2 tsp. celery flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Pour juice over last. Cook on low at least 12 hours.
