Marinated Mushrooms 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 large purple onion, finely chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 lb. mushrooms, washed and dried
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except mushrooms in a large glass bowl.
    Using a whisk, blend well.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
