Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    marshmallows
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Cook in water until tender.
    Drain well.
    Mix potatoes, butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Cover top with marshmallows; then brown sugar and last add pecans.
    Bake for 20 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven or until marshmallows are melted and light brown.
