Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. mushroom or cream chicken soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 can ready to eat biscuits
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown and drain beef and onion.
    Add cream cheese, soup, milk and catsup.
    Stir and mix well.
    Pour into a quart or larger casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Take out of oven and add the biscuits.
    Bake additional 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves around 4.
