Banana Split - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick melted margarine
2 c. crushed graham crackers
2 eggs
2 sticks margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
2 bananas
1 can crushed pineapple
1 large bowl Cool Whip
1 small pkg. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine first 2 ingredients and pat into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Beat the eggs, margarine and powdered sugar for at least
15
minutes\tand spread over graham cracker mixture. Cover this with sliced bananas, then pineapple (well drained). Top
with Cool
Whip.
Sprinkle
with
nuts\tand
refrigerate overnight.
