Matt'S Mexican Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 bag corn chips
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 jalapeno, diced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat with salt and pepper; drain on paper towels.
    Put in mixing bowl; add soups, milk and cheese.
    Fold in crushed chips and jalapeno.
    Put in buttered 2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Can be served as an entree or a dip with additional chips.
