Mock Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground veal
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 egg
    1/4 c. breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine meats, herbs and spices, egg and breadcrumbs in a large bowl.
    Mix well with hands.
    Form into 6 patties.
    Roll each patty in cornflake crumbs, coating well. Fry in oil until golden brown.
    Remove to a shallow baking pan and bake 20 minutes or until cooked through.
