Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Measure dry ingredients into a bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Lightly butter an 8-inch skillet. Heat over medium heat until bubbly.
Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet; immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom.
Cook until lightly brown; turn and brown on other side.
While warm, spread with desired filling.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Makes 12 crepes.
