Corny Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. corn meal
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Dip boiled wieners until thoroughly covered. Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
