Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. Ragu homestyle spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (6 oz.) can drained mushrooms
1/2 (7 oz.) box spaghetti
6 oz. sour cream
6 green onions
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown meat.
Add spaghetti sauce, sugar, salt, chili powder and mushrooms.
Cook spaghetti; drain.
Mix sour cream, onions and softened cream cheese.
In casserole, layer spaghetti, meat mixture and sour cream mixture, ending with spaghetti.
Sprinkle cheese generously on top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Freezes well.
Serves 8.
