Pit Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. catsup
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce
4 oz. Worcestershire sauce
2 large onions, grated fine
1 1/2 garlic cloves, diced
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a pan. Bring to a slow boil, stirring often. Cook about 3 hours until thick. Can be used for pork, chicken and ribs.
