Parmesan Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2-oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained, quartered
    2 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. cold butter or margarine
Preparation
    Place tomatoes in a greased 1-quart baking dish. Combine bread crumbs, Italian seasoning and garlic salt, sprinkle over tomatoes. Top with parmesan cheese, dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
