Can'T Beat Mom'S Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 pkg. burrito mix
    1 doz. flour tortillas
    3 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 medium can Rosarita enchilada sauce
    4 olives
Preparation
    For a good ham or roast beef, cook in a crock-pot until done. Use broth for gravy.
