Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 shoulder lamb chops (1/4-inch thick)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped chives
Preparation
    Arrange chops in shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour over lamb. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
