Asparagus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 (17 oz.) can asparagus
    1/4 c. toasted almonds
    1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
Preparation
    Drain asparagus.
    Mix drained liquid with cream cheese and mayonnaise.
    Mash asparagus and add to cheese and mayonnaise mixture.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Cool.
    Add to asparagus mixture.
    Add almonds and extract.
    Place in lightly oiled mold.
    Chill well.
