Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 1/2 c. coconut
    pinch of salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until creamy.
    Add flour and salt and mix well.
    Add milk, melted margarine and vanilla and mix well.
    Mix in coconut.
    Pour in 9-inch Pyrex pie plates (greased).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
    Forms own crust.
