Honeyed Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. dry wine or use more chicken broth
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    With a sharp knife, cut off the wing tips (use for other projects).
    Divide the wings into two pieces.
    In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, soy sauce, chicken broth and white wine.
    Stir mixture until sugar dissolves.
    Add chicken pieces to mixture; weight down with heavy plate so wings are submerged in marinade for 1 hour.
    Transfer to baking dish.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until tender.
    Drain chicken from liquid.
