Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 whole chicken, cut up, skinned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. curry powder
10 crushed saltine crackers
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in pan.
Cook chicken until lightly browned. Remove from pan.
Arrange in 9 x 13 inch pan.
Mix together soup, mayo and curry.
Spread over chicken.
Sprinkle crackers on top. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle cheese on top the last five minutes.
Serve with rice.
