Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium sliced potatoes
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
Preparation

Cook over low heat until thick the oleo, flour and milk.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over potatoes and onion.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
