Smoked Salmon Party Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Drain, bone, remove skin and flake salmon.
    Combine salmon, cheese, onion, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and liquid smoke. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for several hours.
    Shape in a ball or log.
    Combine pecans and parsley.
    Roll ball in pecan mixture. Chill for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
