Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. apples
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Using a mixer or by hand, cream and mix well the eggs, sugar and oil.
    Sift flour, cinnamon and soda; add to mixture and mix well.
    Add vanilla, apples (peeled and chopped) and nuts.
    Mix. Pour into greased tube or loaf pan.
    Bake from 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Leave in pan while making icing.
    Icing is to be put on cake while it is hot.
