Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 C. Crisco
    1 egg, beaten
    cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
    Blend with Crisco, egg beaten in measuring cup with cold water added to make 1 cup and vinegar.
    Mix until damp (makes 5 balls).
    Pie crust keeps for 2 weeks in refrigerator and longer in freezer.
