Carrot Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. apple (diced)
    1 c. carrots (shredded)
    pinch of salt (1/8)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 cabbage (shredded)
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix apples, raisins, carrots, cabbage and salt.
    Mix lightly with mayonnaise.
    Sprinkle with nuts and lemon juice.
    Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
    Serves 4.
