Apple-Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces from 1 cooked chicken
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. chopped, unpared red apple
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped pimiento
    1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix together first 7 ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
    In small bowl, mix together the remaining. Gently fold dressing into chicken
    when chilled and cover.
    Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
