Spiced Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 dry bay leaves
    6 small red chiles
    4 large garlic cloves, peeled
    vinegar of your choice (cider, white, malt, red or white wine type)
Preparation
    Poke the bay leaves, chiles and garlic into a bottle.
    Fill bottle with vinegar of your choice.
    Leave in cool dark place for approximately three weeks to develop flavor.
