Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. apples, chopped
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    sprinkle of cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat oil, sugar and eggs for 3 minutes with mixer on medium speed.
    Add flour and vanilla and mix.
    Fold in apples and nuts. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Do not open door while cooking.
