Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can small English peas
    1 can white Shoe Peg corn
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 medium chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 large jar chopped pimento
    1 large jar sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain first 3 ingredients and combine with next 5 ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over and mix with vegetable mixture.
    Make a few days ahead and keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
