Cabbage Or Green Pepper Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage or 9 green peppers
2 lb. ground chuck
2 cans Spanish rice
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix water and soup; set aside.
Brown meat in pan.
Add Spanish rice.
Layer cabbage or peppers in baking dish.
Spoon beef and rice mixture over.
Spread soup and water mixture over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours and it is ready to serve.
