Egg Salad Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large rib celery, finely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. salad dressing
    7 hard-boiled eggs
    8 slices rye or white bread
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine the celery, onion and salad dressing. Chop the eggs. Add to the bowl. Mix well. Spread the egg mixture evenly on 4 bread slices. Top with remaining slices. Cut each sandwich in half.
